The challenge
Small businesses don't want another dashboard to log into. Owners live in their phone — so the tool has to come to them, not the other way around.
What we built
We built custom Telegram bots that put the whole workflow inside a chat. Wolkencafé's bot receives reservations and lets the owner confirm, decline or suggest another time in one tap. Art by Imana's bot manages her entire catalogue — add a piece, change a price, mark it sold — with simple commands. No website login, no admin panel.
